Plans, limits and billing

How the site and seat limits work, who issues your invoice, how to change plan or cancel, and where refunds are set out.

By The SitesProof team · Updated

The free scan needs no account. The plans differ in how big a portfolio they watch, how many people in your team can work on it, and what you can hand to a client. Prices and the full feature list per plan are on the pricing page; this page is about the parts that affect how you use the product.

What each plan includes

PlanSites and clientsSeatsMonitoringWhite-label PDF
Free scanone address at a time—nono
Solo101weekly, with email alertsno
Studio403weekly, with email alertsyes
Agency15010weekly, with email alertsyes

Before launch there is also a Founding place: a year of Studio paid once, refundable on request until 15 March 2027.

Each plan's site limit is also its client limit: every site belongs to a client, so there is no use for more clients than sites. The limits are checked when you add a site or a client, not by quietly dropping sites from the schedule.

If weekly monitoring is not on your plan, sites you have added are stored and simply not crawled on a schedule — the dashboard says so rather than showing them as fine.

Who you are actually paying

Creem is our reseller and Merchant of Record. It sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles refunds and chargebacks; the invoice comes from Creem, not from us. Checkout happens on Creem's own pages — we never see or store your card details. The details are in the Terms and the Refund Policy.

Prices are shown before you pay, with any sales tax or VAT that Creem determines is due.

Changing or cancelling

Change plan in your account's billing section, or in Creem's customer portal, which the same screen links to. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are set out in the Refund Policy: a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and full refunds when we charged you by mistake.

Support

Docs, email and in-app chat. There is no call to book, no demo to sit through, and no sales step between you and the product — email support@sitesproof.com and you will reach the person who builds it.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who issues my invoice?

Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem sells the subscription, takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles refunds and chargebacks, and adds any sales tax or VAT that is due.

What happens if I go over my site limit?

The limit is checked when you add a site or a client, so you are asked to upgrade rather than finding sites quietly dropped from the schedule.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of your first payment, yes, no reason needed. The full rules, including renewals and charges made in error, are in the Refund Policy.
