Refund Policy

Version 1.1 · Effective 2 October 2026

We want you to pay only for software that works for you. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Contents

  1. 14-day money-back guarantee
  2. Renewals
  3. Cancelling
  4. When we refund on our own initiative
  5. Product-specific rules
  6. How to ask for a refund
  7. Your legal rights

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If SitesProof isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full. No reason is needed. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, and once per customer.

2. Renewals

  • Monthly renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Yearly renewals can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date. We email you a reminder 7 days before each yearly renewal.
  • If we charged you by mistake (for example, twice for the same period, or after you cancelled), we refund the incorrect charge in full, whenever you notice it.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing section of your account, or via the link in your Creem receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling doesn't by itself trigger a refund; ask for one if you are within the windows above.

4. When we refund on our own initiative

We refund prepaid fees for the unused part of your period if:

  • we stop providing the service, or remove a core feature of your plan (Terms, sections 11 and 12);
  • a change to a connected third-party system makes a core feature permanently impossible (Terms, section 7); or
  • you cancel because you don't accept a material change to our Terms (Terms, section 18).

We don't refund if we close an account because of a serious breach of our Terms (for example abuse or fraud).

5. Product-specific rules

The Founding place is a one-time payment that gives you twelve months of the Studio plan rather than a subscription. Because it is bought before the product is finished, it carries a longer guarantee than the 14 days above: ask us at any time until 15 March 2027 and we refund it in full, whatever the reason and however much of the year you have used. After that date the ordinary rules in this policy apply to it.

Nothing else about SitesProof changes the general rules above.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@sitesproof.com from your account email with the order number from your receipt. Our orders are sold by Armitage Labs OÜ (trading as Creem), Estonia, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so once a refund is agreed it is issued by Creem to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Sales tax or VAT is refunded with the payment.

If we don't resolve it, you can also go to Creem directly: see its Buyer Terms. The final decision on a refund or a chargeback is Creem's, as the seller.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country that can't be excluded. SitesProof is sold to businesses, but if you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country that gives a statutory right of withdrawal, you keep that right; the 14-day guarantee above is designed to cover it. Your purchase is also covered by Creem's Buyer Terms, because Creem is the seller.
